Shipping Policy

Calista Cosmetics is a well-established UK-based company selling a wide range of high-quality items. One of our aims as a company is to ensure all our customers can begin using their new purchases as soon as possible (we all know how frustrating it is to have to wait!)

UK SHIPPING

Orders are despatched daily Monday – Friday, the cut off for a UK next day service is 5pm. 

£9.99 next working day via DPD

FREE SHIPPING – On all orders over £250. These are all sent on an express service.

*If you place an order after 4pm on a Friday and select the £9.99 shipping option, your order will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday*

UK BANK HOLIDAYS
Calista Cosmetics offices are closed on Bank Holidays. This means no orders will be processed or delivered within these days. Please ensure your order is sent in advance to ensure delivery when you require.
